Ahmed started his career in 1995 in ExxonMobil lubricants plant in Alexandria, did different jobs and assignments in the lubricants plant till being assigned as plant manager for the 2 lubricants plants in Egypt. Moved then to the lubricants Supply & Distribution followed by Africa & Middle East Supply manager. Relocated to Brussels head quarter in 2008 as Europe Africa and Middle East region Strategic Planning then Sales Operation manager. Returned back to Egypt to take over the cluster Manufacturing manager role in 2013. In 2021 did strong shift in his career moving to the upstream business as Operation Integrity and SH&E Advisor.
