Jonathan Lilien is Health Safety Environment and Regulatory (HSER) Director for Chevron Mediterranean Limited, where he leads a team of >50 HSER professionals managing workforce safety & health, process safety, environment and regulatory affairs for offshore natural gas platforms, exploration/development drilling, and infrastructure expansion in Israel, Cyprus, and Egypt. He has been with Chevron for 21+ years in a series of supervisory and technical HSER roles across the Americas, Eurasia, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East. He holds a Doctorate in Environmental Science & Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
