Ginny Garriques is the Chief Engineer for Offshore and Infrastructure at Exxonmobil, the senior technical position covering the subsea, pipelines, risers, and flow assurance engineering disciplines. She is responsible for ensuring strategic development of technology and capability to meet ExxonMobil's deepwater portfolio outlook. Since joining ExxonMobil in 1999, Ginny's roles have primarily focused on the deepwater portfolio including roles in subsea research and technology development, project engineering and startups for Angola, Nigeria, and Gulf of Mexico developments, and central organization leadership roles.

Ginny holds a Master of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor Of Science in engineering from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas.
