Normally Unattended Facilities with staff on site only once a year (NUF-1Y) for maintenance campaigns is the ultimate aim of unmanned concepts and a new frontier for cost reduction. Ground robotics is one enabler of this new concept. This presentation will give an overview of the TotalEnergies roadmap on robotics, results of the latest developments, and insight on how robots are being integrated in the operator’s operating philosophies.
