Vendor-operator collaboration is unlocking the full potential of field development projects. This presentation will discuss the benefits of this approach, supported by a case study between the Subsea Integration Alliance (a strategic global alliance between Subsea7 and OneSubsea) and BP for the West Nile Delta (WND) development. The USD 9 billion WND development includes five gas fields across the North Alexandria and West Mediterranean Deepwater offshore concession blocks in the Mediterranean Sea.
